化工园区消防规划编制要点及思路探究——以天津南港化工园区为例

Key Points and Methods of the Fire Control Planning for the Chemical Industry Zone——A Case Study of Tianjin Nangang Chemical Industry Zone

由于化工园区在生产原料、空间组织、火灾风险等方面的特征,导致园区成为城市建成环境中火灾隐患严重的问题场所。文章从化工园区消防问题的特殊性入手,解读其消防规划编制需要解决的主要矛盾,进而利用天津南港化工园区消防专项规划编制的规划实践,结合园区的安全格局、消防分区、消防站布局以及消防通道、供水和通信等主体内容,分析化工园区消防规划编制的要点。在此基础之上,从物质空间的整备和支撑体系的完善两方面,总结化工园区消防规划编制的思路,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。

Currently, the chemical industry zone has become a place with seriously potential fire risks in the urban built environmentbecause of the features such as raw materials, spatial organization and fire risks, etc. . According to the specificityof fire prevention in the zone, this paper explains the main problems to be addressed in the process of making the firecontrol planning and takes Tianjin Nangang chemical industry zone as the example to analyze the key points of the planningin terms of the safety layout, the fire protection zone division, the layout of the fire stations and the fire fighting access, waterand communication. Based on the research above, the thesis summarizes the planning methods from the material spaceand the supporting system to be a reference for other relative studies.
