从"结构"视角来明晰现代职业教育治理体系的丰富内涵。首先,在"现代"、"治理"、"体系"与"结构"的语素内容分析基础上,将"职业教育治理体系结构"界定为:系统中涉及到的变量之间、变量与系统之间的关系模式与安排。其次,构建现代职业教育治理体系结构的概念框架——结构形态与治理行动所共同构筑的复杂网络结构。最后,从组织场域、结构二重性以及"关系"、"权力"与"规则"所构成的核心要素三个方面进一步探讨现代职业教育治理体系结构的研究阈。

The paper aims to illustrate the rich connotation of modem VTE system from the perspective of “ structure” .First of all, based on the morpheme analysis of wmodem^^ , wgovemance^^ , wsystem^^ and wstmcture^^ , WVTE governancesystem stru ctu reis defined as the relational schema and arrangement between variables involved in VTE system or variablesand the system. Secondly, the conceptual framework of VTE governance system structure is built-------the complex networkstructure shaped by structure form and governance action. Finally, the author further explores the threshold of modernVTE governance system structure from three aspects including organizational field, the duality of structure and the core elemeritsol relation , power and rules .
