新农村建设进程中婚姻纠纷问题研究

Matrimonial Disputes in the Process of New Rural Construction

在党的惠农政策指引下,我国农村发生巨大变化,新农村建设取得巨大成就。但是,在农村,由于种种原因,出现了彩礼纠纷、离婚纠纷、婚姻诈骗、婚姻危机导致犯罪等婚姻问题。本文从新农村建设进程中出现的婚姻纠纷现状出发,进而阐述解决农村婚姻问题的对策。

With the guidance of agricultural policy of the Communist Party of China, enormous changes, such as new rural construction, have taken place in rural area. Due to various reasons, many crimes concerning marriage happened such as disputes in betrothal gifts, divorce disputes, matrimony chicanery, matrimony crisis and so on. This paper attempts to elucidate the countermeasures for dealing with marriage issues mentioned above in rural area from the current situation in matrimony disputes.
