本文通过论述高校图书馆开展社会化服务的需求和面临的现状,指出当前内蒙古高校图书馆实行完全社会化服务、达到资源共享是一个探索过程,并从高校图书馆社会化服务程度低的现实,提出实现社会化服务途径,认为目前内蒙古高校图书馆实现社会化服务是一个循序渐进和专区实行有限性开放的格局。

It is an exploration process that the completely socialized service of University Library a-chieve and share resource from current situation . Author pointed out possibility and way that realized the socialization service in the current university library of Inner Mongolia , and think the current university li-brary implement socialized service is a step by step and the zone of limited opening pattern .
