摘要
为探讨高强度运动对负心境状态的影响,本研究选取内师大青年政治学院472名被试分组进行高强度运动与安静状态对比试验,并运用POMS心境量表进行心境测量。通过SPSS对测量数据进行统计分析,结果显示:高强度运动和安静状态下心境情绪中紧张、生气、抑郁、困惑、活力五个维度都可以使负心境趋向良性心境。其中抑郁维度高强度运动比安静状态恢复效果更为显著;生气维度与活力维度安静状态恢复效果要优于高强度运动。
To explore into the influence of highly intensive sports on negative mood, this study chose 472 participants from Youth College of Political Science and they were divided into groups to make compar-ative experiment between the highly intensive sports state and quiet state. The PSMS testing form was used to examine the moods. Through the analysis of the data by APSS, we get the following results. No matter in highly intensive sports state, or quiet state, the five dimensions of moods, which are tension, anger, depression, loss and vitality, can change the negative moods into positive moods. In them, the mood of depression recovered more effectively in highly intensive sport than in quiet state. The mood of an-ger, vitality recovered more effectively in quiet state than in highly intensive sports.
