摘要
结直肠癌的发生机制尚未完全清楚。近年研究表明,组蛋白修饰尤其是乙酰化和甲基化在结直肠癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。本文综述组蛋白乙酰化、甲基化与结直肠癌的关系以及循环核小体中组蛋白修饰模式是否能作为检测结直肠癌发生发展的候选标志物。
Colorectal cancer ( CRC ) pathogenesis has not been completely cleared. Recntly,some studies reported that histone modifications, especially acetylation and methylation, play an important role in the development of CRC. In this review,we discuss the relationship between histone modification ( acetylation or methylation) and CRC, and whether histone modification patterns in circulating nucleosomes can be a potential biomarker for CRC examination.
