摘要
350 mm辊距型钢矫直机是针对鞍钢大型580线精整区域开发设计的型钢矫直设备,主要用于球扁钢的在线矫直。矫直机本体主要由机架、压下系统、主传动系统、矫直辊体、入口和出口导卫等部分组成,其功能完备,易于操作,并通过理论计算和现代有限元方法对其功能和结构进行整体优化设计,大幅减轻设备重量,降低制造成本,提高设备可靠性。
Section steel straightening machine with 350 mm roll spacing has been designed and developed for ANSTEEL heavy 580 line finishing area, and is mainly used for online straightening of ball flat steel. Straightening machine body mainly consists of machine frame, screw down system, main drive system, straightening roller body and inlet and outlet guide, etc.,which function is complete, and easy to operate. The overall optimization design of its function and structure has been performed by the theoretical calculation and modern finite element method to greatly reduce the weight of equipment, decrease manufacturing costs and improve equipment reliability.
