摘要
采用10 ml盐-硝混酸(3+1+8)低温加热至微沸溶解0.100 0 g试样,在优化仪器工作参数的基础上,通过选择合适同位素避免质谱干扰以及引入数学公式校正HCl对测定As的干扰,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定低镍不锈钢中五害元素(As、Sn、Sb、Pb、Bi)的方法。此方法应用于实样分析,标准样品的测定值与认定值相吻合,结果准确、可靠。
0. 1000g of sample was dissolved in 10ml mixed acids (3+1+8) of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid by heating from low temperature to faint boiling. Based on the optimization of instrumental working parameters, by selecting the appropriate isotope to avoid mass spectrum interference and introducing the mathematical formula to cor-rect interference of HC1 on determination of As, the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been established to determine five harmful elements (As,Sn,Sb,P b,Bi) in low nickel stainless steel. This method is applied to real sample analysis, and the determination results of standard samples are in agreement with the certified values. The results are accurate and reliable.
