摘要
针对高压输电线路载波纵联保护通道测试信息在SCADA系统中以流水账形式呈现并自动复归,在海量的实时电网信息里难以监视的问题,本文分析了载波纵联保护通道信息的特点,制定了专家系统判据对线路载波纵联保护信息进行实时监视与智能辨识。结合电力系统状态估计系统的数值特点,实现了两者的嵌入式研究,降低了电网运行生产运维成本,提高了高压输电线路载波纵联保护的稳定性和可靠性。
To solve the problems of automatic recovery at carrier-current protection channels test-ing and monitor dificulty in the mass of grid information in supervisory control and data acquisi-tion(SCADA) system, characteristics of carrier-current protection channels are analyzed,and thenthe bad information of carrier-current protection channels are intelligently identified and re-al-time monitored by setting up an expert system. Combined with the numerical characteristics ofpower system state estimation system, an embedded system is realized, which can reduce the opera-tion cost of power grid operation and improve the stability and reliability of high voltage transmis-sion line carrier pilot protection.
