民航发动机拆发日期预测研究

摘要 针对民航发动机拆发送修业务的需求,采用Daubechines的3阶小波对民航发动机历史性能数据进行降噪平滑处理,建立民航发动机性能衰退模型。结合影响民航发动机拆发日期的时寿件的软时间、适航指令/服务通告限制等因素,对民航在翼发动机进行拆发日期预测。试验结果验证了该方法在预测民航在翼发动机拆发日期的可行性,可以满足民航发动机拆发送修业务的需求。 In accordance with the demands for maintenance of civil aviation engines, the demolition date for repairing has to be determined. Byadopting Daubechines 3 wavelet, the historical performance data of civil aviation engines are smoothed and de - noised to establish theperformance deterioration model. In addition, combining with some of the limiting factors that influencing the demolition date for repairing, suchas the soft time of life limited parts,and airworthiness directives / service bulletin,etc. ,the prediction of the in - service engine is conducted.The practical examples verify the feasibility of this method of predicting the demolition date for repairing; it meets the requirement of business ofdemolition for repairing of civil aviation engines.
