摘要
为了提高合并器精度、简化通道校正的复杂度,研发了一种电力系统合并单元(MU)的精度自动校正系统。该系统主要包括上位机和合并单元装置。上位机需要实现各种自动校正指令的发送、校正结果的计算和检测等功能。装置需要完成各个通道有效数据的采集和控制,并根据上位机命令对各通道数据备份区内的数据进行校正。校正过程是通过调取相应的校正算法模块实现的。与传统的通过手动修改参数的通道校正过程相比,自动校准系统极大地提高了通道的校正效率和校正精度,减小了校正误差,且校正过程更加简单易行。
In order to improve the precision of merger, and simplify the complexity of the channel correction, the precision automatic correction system of electric power merging unit (MU) is researched and developed. The system mainly consists of the host computer and merging unit device. Host computer needs to complete sending a variety of instructions for automatic corrections, calculating and detecting the calibration results,etc. The device needs to acquire and control effectively data of each channel,and according to the commands of host computer,to correctthe data in backup area of each channel. The correction process is completed through calling corresponding correction algorithm module. Compared to the traditional channel correction process with manual modifying parameter, the automatic correction system greatly improves the channel calibration efficiency and precision, and decreases the error of calibration, as well as the correction process is more simple and easy.
