普拉洛芬与双氯芬酸钠治疗白内障患者术后炎症的临床对照研究

Comparing pranoprofen with diclofenac sodium for treatment of patients with inflammation after cataract surgery

目的对比分析非甾体类抗炎药普拉洛芬与双氯芬酸钠治疗白内障术后抗炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月收治的198例(246眼)白内障手术的患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为A组和B组,每组各99例(123眼)。两组患者均给予氧氟沙星滴眼液抗感染治疗,A组在此基础上给予普拉洛芬滴眼治疗,B组则给予双氯芬酸钠滴眼治疗。比较两组患者在术后第1、2、4周时的眼部症状、体征积分、黄斑中心厚度及前房闪辉值。结果两组患者在治疗后第1、2、4周的眼部症状、体征积分、前房闪辉值均低于术后第1天,黄斑中心厚度则高于术后第1天,差异有显著性(P<0.05);B组患者术后治疗1、2周时,眼部症状、体征积分、前房闪辉值均显著低于A组患者,而黄斑中心厚度则高于A组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。但在治疗4周后,A、B两组患者眼部症状、体征积分、黄斑中心厚度、前房闪辉值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论非甾体类抗炎药普拉洛芬和双氯芬酸钠均能有效缓解白内障术后的炎症,能显著改善患者的临床症状,但在治疗的早期,普拉洛芬效果明显优于双氯芬酸钠。

Objective To compare the clinical efficiency of pranoprofen and diclofenac sodium for treatment of patients with infla after cataract surgery. Methods 198 cases （246 eyes） received cataract operation in our hospital from June 2012 and June 2014 were selected as study objects. Patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, and there were 99 cases （123 eyes） in each group. Both groups were given ofloxacin eye drops anti - infective, and then group A was given pranoprofen, group B was given diclofenac sodium. The ocular symptoms, signs points, central macular thickness and anterior chamber flare values in two groups were compared at 1, 2, and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The ocular symptoms, signs points, and anterior chamber flare values in two groups at 1 , 2, and 4 weeks were lower than 1 st day after the cataract surgery, and the central macular thickness were higher than 1 st day after cataract surgery, and the difference was significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ocular symptoms, signs points, and anterior chamber flare values in group B at 1 , 2, weeks were lower than group A, and central macular thickness was higher than group A, and the difference was significantly （ P 〈0. 0 5 ） . However, there were no significantly different in ocular symptoms, signs points, central macular thickness and anterior chamber flare values between two groups （ P 〉 0. 0 5 ） . Conclusion The non -steroidal anti - inflammatory drug pranoprofen and diclofenac pula can effectively relieve the inflammation and improve the clinical symptoms after cataract surgery, but the effect of pranoprofen was better than diclofenac in early treatment.
