摘要
针对某型高射机枪高速自动机多因素、多层次综合评估问题,构建了结合层次分析与模糊论的综合评估方法。利用学科专家意见法建立高速自动机评估因素体系,依据学科专家建立底层评估因素的模糊评估矩阵,采用层次分析法拟定出各层评估因素的权值,并通过一致性检测;底层评估结果即用作上层模糊评估矩阵,依据对应层的权值实施评估,获取此层评估结果。逐次进行运算直至最顶层,获得自动机评估量化结果与结论。将某型高射机枪自动机作为典型对其有效性进行了检验,结果表明该模型对于各个因素进行综合评估是科学有效的。
A multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed for the multilevel and multi-element evaluation of the high-speed automaton of a certain type of antiaircraft gun. Firstly, the evaluation element system is established based on the Delphi method, and the bottom elements 5 membership degree matrix is calculated based on the experience of the domain experts. Secondly, the evaluation elements ’ weights of multilevel are calculated in terms of the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and then the weights ’ conformance is to be verified. Thirdly,the bottom elements ’ evaluation is used as the superior level’s subjection degree matrix to calculate this level’s evaluation by utilizing the relevant weights. The top level ’ s results are calculated through these repeated processes with automaton ’ s evaluative quantitative result and conclusion acquired. A certain type of antiaircraft gun ’ s high-speed automaton is evaluated with this method, and the result indicates that this method is scientific and effective for the evaluation of various elements.
