柔嫩艾美耳球虫侵入相关抗原研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 鸡球虫作为胞内寄生原虫给禽类养殖业的发展带来严重危害。论文详细介绍了柔嫩艾美耳球虫微线蛋白、棒状体蛋白、表面抗原、折光体蛋白及热休克蛋白等侵入相关抗原,并对其侵入宿主细胞的相关机制进行了阐述。同时,概述了宿主感染虫体后所发生的细胞及体液免疫应答,并对未来鸡球虫病的相关研究做了展望。
