心理干预对严重精神障碍患者参加社区网络管理的影响

The effect of psychological intervention on patients with severe mental disorders in the community network management

目的探讨心理干预对严重精神障碍参加社区网络管理的影响。方法对850例患者中不同意参加社区网络管理的650例进行心理干预,对前后构成比进行X2检验。结果同意参加社区网络管理的患者比例由干预前的23.5%增加到76.5%(X^2=4.77,P<0.001)。结论心理干预对严重精神障碍患者出院后同意参加社区网络管理有明显影响。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on serious mental disorders in community network management.Methods 650 cases of 850 patients who had not agreed to participate in the community network management were given psychological intervention.X2 test were carried out to see changes before and after intervention.Results The percentage of patients who agreed to participate in community network management increased from 23.5% before intervention to 76.5%（X2= 4.77,P〈0.001）.Conclusion Psychological intervention has a significant effect on patients undergoing severe mental disorders who agreed to participate in community network management out of hospital.
