摘要
目的建立适合于边疆地区的的ICU护士的能级准入标准。方法本研究运用Delphi法对来自新疆地区三级甲等医院的20名护理部主任和护士长进行了三轮问卷咨询(有效问卷15份)。结果三轮问卷有效回收率均达到80%以上,初拟护理岗位分为:护理员、见习护士、注册护士、专业护士、专科护士等五级。经过三轮专家咨询确立护理员、成长期护士(N1级护士)、熟练期护士(N2级护士)、精通期护士(N3级护士)、专科期护士(N4级护士)等五级。结论本研究建立的能级护士分层方案已经在新疆自治区人民医院、温宿县人民医院等使用,护士反映良好。建议推广使用。
Objective To establish a suitable ICU nurses level access standards for the frontier region.Methods This study using the Delphi method in the three levels of first-class hospital from Xinjiang region 20 nursing department director and the head nurse in the three rounds of questionnaires consulting effective questionnaire.Results The three rounds of questionnaires effective recovery is more than 80%,the early nursing jobs are divided into:nurse,trainee nurses,registered nurse specialist,professional nurses,nurse and so on.After three rounds of expert consultation to establish orderly,developing the nurse nurse(N1level nurse),skilled nurses(N2 level nurse),proficient in nurse nurse(N3 level nurse),specialist nurses(N4 interchange level nurse) and so on.Conclusion This study established the level of nurse stratified scheme has been used in Xinjiang autonomous region people's hospital,Wensu county people's hospital,nurses reflect it's good to use.Therefore,it is worth for promotion.
