生物保鲜菌保藏的研究

摘要 工业化生产中,因生理、生态失控而导致菌种的退化、衰老、抗病能力下降及分泌产物减少,困扰着多种生防菌不能应用到果蔬保鲜工业化生产中。本文介绍几种高效的菌种保藏方法及注意事项,供科研及生产技术人员参考。
