不同类型农户转入农地的“非粮化”差异分析 被引量:55

摘要 运用二元Logistic模型对不同类型农户转入农地的"非粮化"差异及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:不同类型的农户转入农地的"非粮化"程度不同,并且存在地区差异。家庭农场的"非粮化"程度与各地区经济发展水平有关;普通农户的"非粮化"程度除了与地区经济发展水平有关外,还与农业生产条件有关;中部地区各类农户粮食种植率普遍较高,尤以"以农为主"的普通农户为甚。在对农户转入农地种粮选择有显著影响的因素中,大多不利于选择种粮,更多地倾向于"非粮化";相对而言,制约家庭农场种粮选择的因素远多于普通农户。年龄、文化程度对不同类型的农户种粮选择有显著的影响差异;种粮补贴的政策效应取决于经营规模,经营规模越大,补贴的政策效应越明显。 Applying dual - logistic model, this paper analyzes differences of non - grain of different types farmers in transfer - in farmland and its impact factors. Results show that the degrees of "non - grain" for farmers of different types in the transfer - in farmland have regional disparities. The "non - grain" de- gree of the family farm is associated with the level of economic development, and for the ordinary farmers, the "non- grain" degree is related to both the level of economic development and the agricultural produc- tion conditions. The rate of planting grain for all kinds farmers in the central region is higher than others, especially for the ordinary farmers. Among the significant impact factors for the farmer behavior of planting grain, most are unfavorable to choose grain, but prefer to "non - grain". Comparatively, the restricting factors for family farms to choose planting grain are more than ordinary farmers. Age and degree of educa- tion all have significant influences for different types of farmers to choose planting grain. The effect of sub- sidy policy depends on the scale of operation, and the larger of scale operation, the more obvious of policy effect of grain subsidy.
