组织政治知觉、负面情绪与反生产工作行为:员工传统性的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 选取实习研究生、在职MBA学员以及三个行业的全职人员作为样本,考虑员工传统性的调节作用,实证检验组织政治知觉、负面情绪与反生产工作行为的关系。结果表明:组织政治知觉会正面影响员工的反生产工作行为;组织政治知觉会正面影响员工的负面情绪,而负面情绪又会正面影响员工的反生产工作行为;员工传统性负向调节组织政治知觉与反生产工作行为间的正向关系,引入负面情绪后,负面情绪在组织政治知觉与反生产工作行为间起部分中介作用,且员工传统性在负面情绪对反生产工作行为的影响中不起调节作用。 By investigating the graduate students who have certain practical experience, MBA students and some full -time personnel from 3 industries, considering the moderating effects of employee traditional- ity, this paper explores the relationship among perceptions of organizational politics ( POP), negative emo- tion and counterproductive work behavior ( CWB ). The results show that: POP positively affects employ- ees' CWB;POP positively affects employees' negative emotion, and negative emotion leads to employees' CWB ;Employee traditionality negatively moderates the positive relationship of POP and CWB, when the negative emotion partially mediates the process between POP and CWB, employee traditionality will not negatively moderate the positive relationship of negative emotion and CWB.
