食物胆固醇摄入量真的不重要吗？

摘要 膳食指南是指导人们合理饮食、促进健康的参考书。不少国家为了促进国民健康、预防疾病，都制定和发布了居民膳食指南，并在综合评价科学研究新发现和新证据的基础上不断更新。《美国居民膳食指南》是由美国农业部（USDA）和卫生与公众服务部（HHS）联合发布的营养健康指南，每5年组织营养学、医学和公共卫生等相关各界专家进行修订，
