细胞自噬在动脉粥样硬化中的两面性 被引量:2

摘要 自噬是细胞内重要的降解系统,能够通过自噬相关基因(autophagy—associatedgene,ATG)的作用,利用溶酶体降解细胞内受损的细胞器、蛋白质等胞内成分,从而促进细胞内物质、能量的再生以及维持细胞的稳态。长期以来,细胞自噬被认为在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)中起保护作用,而近年来的研究表明,细胞自噬在AS的发生和发展过程中具有两面性。
