中山市24家灯饰加工企业职业卫生状况调查

Investigation on occupational health status of lamp processing enterprises in Zhongshan City

目的 了解中山市灯饰加工行业存在的职业病危害及职业卫生状况,提出切实可行的职业病防控措施,保护劳动者身体健康。方法 对企业进行职业卫生调查,并识别和检测关键生产工序存在的主要职业病危害因素。结果 玻璃喷砂粉尘中游离Si O2含量在31.28%~61.81%之间,为矽尘,其总尘合格率为30.0%,呼尘合格率为40.0%。表面喷涂二甲苯合格率为90.0%。抛光打磨噪声合格率为87.5%。其他危害因素检测合格率均为100%。结论 灯饰加工企业在职业病防治工作开展、危害因素控制、主体责任落实等方面仍存在较多的不足,需进一步加强、完善。

[Objective] To understand the occupational hazards and occupational health status in lamp processing industry of Zhongshan City, put forward practical prevention and control measures against occupational disease, and protect the health of workers. [Methods] The occupational health investigation was performed in enterprises to identify and detect the main occupational hazards in key production processes. [ Results ] The free silica contents in glass sand blasting dust were between 31.28% and 61.81%, which was silica dust. The qualified rate of total dust and respirable dust was 30.0% and 40.0% respectively. The qualified rate of xylene concentration in surface spraying process was 90%, and the qualified rate of noise intensity in polishing process was 87.5%. The qualified rates of other occupational hazards were all 100%. [Conclusion] There are the problems on occupational disease prevention, occupational hazards control and main responsibility implementation in the lamp processing enterprises, which should be further strengthened and improved.
