广东省新批准的职业卫生技术服务机构情况调查

Investigation on newly approved occupational health technical service institutions in Guangdong Province

目的了解广东省新批准的职业卫生技术服务机构现状,为各有关部门决策提供科学依据。方法通过对广东省新批准的36家职业卫生技术服务机构(乙级)进行调查,统计和分析机构分布、业务范围、人员结构和检测能力等方面的情况。结果 36家新批准的职业卫生技术服务机构区域分布不平衡,34家机构集中于珠江三角洲地区。机构业务范围类型主要集中于化工、石化及医药,机械、设备、电器制造业及轻工、纺织、烟草加工制造业,其他如工程建筑业等业务范围的数量偏少。机构人员结构不合理,公共卫生与预防医学类专业人员仅占机构专业人员总数的22%。具有50项以上化学因素重点检测项目的机构仅有4家,具有全部9项物理因素重点检测项目的机构不足50%。结论各有关部门应加大对非珠江三角洲地区职业卫生技术服务机构的投入,以满足该地区对职业卫生技术服务的需求。各职业卫生技术服务机构应积极推进自身能力建设,逐步提升职业卫生技术服务水平。

[Objective] To investigate the status of newly approved occupational health service institutions in Guangdong Province, provide scientific basis for decision making of the relative departments. [Methods] 36 newly approved occupational health service institutions （B-Grade） in Guangdong Province were investigated, to statistically analyze the distribution, business scopes, personnel structure and testing capability. [Results] The distribution of 36 newly approved institutions was unbalanced that 34 institutions were located in the Pearl River Delta area. The business scopes of institutions were mainly concentrated on chemical industry, petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, machinery, equipment and electrical appliances manufacturing industries, light industry, textile industry and tobacco processing and manufacturing industry, and the institutions for engineering and construction industry were relatively few. The personnel structure of institutions was not reasonable, only 22% of workers were professionals in public health and prevention medicine. There were only 4 institutions with testing items more than 50 chemical factors, and the proportion of institutions with testing items of all 9 physical factors accounts for less than 50%. [Conclusion] It is suggested that the relative departments should increase the investment to the occupational health technical service institutionsin the Non-Pearl River Delta district to meet the demand of occupational health technical service. The occupational health technical service institutions should strengthen self-construction and improve occupational health technical service level gradually.
