摘要
大数据时代IT治理的内涵、价值实现方式、应用模式等发生了变化,信息系统与数据相伴相生,通过支撑业务、融合业务和创新业务为组织创造更大的价值。分析了大数据为IT治理带来的标准化需求以及大数据时代IT治理的新趋势,并结合IT治理在轨道交通和互联网金融领域的实际应用案例,介绍了大数据时代IT治理的应用思路和方法。
In big data era, changes have taken place in the meaning, value realization and application mode of IT governance. More and more IT value are realized through support business, convergence business and innovation business as information system and data develop together. This paper analyzes the requirement of IT governance standardization driven by big data and the trends of IT governance, and introduces the implementation methods of IT govemance with the cases in the fields of metro and internet finance
