复方丁香开胃贴微生物限度方法适用性试验

目的建立复方丁香开胃贴的微生物限度方法适用性试验。方法采用2015年版中国药典（四部）通则下方法,对复方丁香开胃贴进行方法适用性试验,确定适宜的微生物限度检查方法。结果试验菌回收率均在0.5~2.0范围内,控制菌均能检出。结论采用培养基稀释法能消除本品的强抑菌作用,方法可行。

OBJECTIVE To establish microbial limit suitability test method of Compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste. METHODS The methods of microbial limit suitability test of Compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste, which were described in Chinese Pharmacopeia （ 2015 Edition）. To determination the suitable microbial limit test. RESULTS The recovery efficiency of test organism was from 0.5 to 2. The control bacteria examination can be detected. CONCLUSION The antimicrobial effect can be eliminated by culture medium dilution method. The method is feasible.
