摘要
目的建立奶粉中邻苯二甲酸酯测定方法。方法用正己烷提取奶粉中的邻苯二甲酸酯,并采用GC-MS内标法检测定量。结果邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)检出限为500 ng/m L,其余16种化合物检出限均为5 ng/m L。全部组分校准曲线相关系数均大于0.998,回收率平均值为96.8%~117.7%,RSD均小于10%。结论该方法前处理简单快速、回收率较好,适用于奶粉中17种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测要求。
OBJECTIVE To establish suitable method for the determination of phthalates in milk powder. METHODS Phthalates in milk powder was extracted with n-hexane and was detected by GC-MS and internal standard method. RESULTS DINP detectable concentration was 500 ng/mL. The remaining 16 compounds detection concentration can be set at 5 ng/mL. All components of the calibration curve correlation coefficient were greater than 0.998, and the average recovery rate was 96.8%-117.7%. Repeatability RSD was less than 10%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and fast, the recovery of the method is better. The method is applicable to the testing requirements of phthalates in milk powder.
