HPLC法测定不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸的含量

HPLC Determination of Content of Ferulic Acid in Huoxue Zhitong Tablets of Different Manufacturers

目的测定不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸的含量,以考察其质量差异。方法采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(80∶20);流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:25℃。结果不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸含量分别为:0.131、0.339、0.269 mg/g。结论不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸含量存在较大差异。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhitong tablets of different manufacturers to inspect its quality difference. METHODS HPLC method with Hypersil ODS-Cta（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used. Its Mobile phase was consisted of-1% of methanol glacial acetic acid （80：20）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS The contents of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhitong tablets of different manufacturers are significantly different from each other.
