自动化药房系统在某三甲综合医院门诊药房的应用与评价

Application and Evaluation of Automated Pharmacy System in Outpatient Pharmacy of A Third-Level Grade-A Hospital

目的了解自动化药房系统在某三甲综合医院门诊药房的运行情况,并对应用现状进行评估。方法引进德国美智（MACH4）盒装药品自动化调配系统,在某三甲综合医院建立门诊自动化药房,并比较2013-06~12和2015-06~12自动化药房实施前后门诊药房各项工作的改进情况,评估自动化药房系统的优点与不足。结果使用自动化药房系统后,改善了门诊药房布局,重新规划调配和发药流程,自动化药房实施前后处方平均调配速率从1.8 min/张缩短至1.3 min/张,处方调配差错率由0.223%降至0.036%,患者满意度由92.6%提高至96.8%。结论自动化药房提高效率、改善环境、优化秩序、提升内涵、保证用药安全,是现代化医院的发展方向。

OBJECTIVE To understand and evaluate the operation of Automated Pharmacy System in outpatient pharmacy of a third-level grade-A hospital. METHODS The automated pharmacy was established in a third-level grade-A hospital, Germany Meizhi （MACH4） box dnags automation deployment system were brought in. The pharmacy work from June 2013 through December and trom June 2015 through December was coat, pared, and the advantages and defects of the automated pharmacy were found out. RESULTS The outpatient pharmacy layout was improved and the deployment and the dispensing process was re-planed after the use of automated pharmacy system. The average rate of prescription formulation reduced from 1.8 min per paper to 1.3 rain per paper, the error rate decreased from 0.223% to 0.036% and the patient satisfaction rose to 96.8% from 92.6%. CONCLUSION Automated pharmacy can increase efficiency, improve the environment, optimize order, promote connotation and ensure medication safety, and it is the developing tendency of the modern hospital.
