人工流产术后使用屈螺酮炔雌醇的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol after Artificial Abortion

目的探讨在人工流产术后服用新型避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床意义。方法选取200例于2015-01~05在本院自愿行人工流产术的健康妇女,征得本人的知情同意后随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组均为100例。人流术后观察组给予口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片,对照组则采用药物以外的其他方法避孕,对2组患者术后的出血及月经归转、避孕效果和药物不良反应等方面进行观察。结果观察组的患者人流术后在阴道出血时间和出血量、阴道炎症的发生率、月经转归及避孕效果等方面均优于对照组,口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片无明显的不良反应。结论人流术后服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片可以明显减少阴道出血量并缩短出血的持续时间,能较快地修复子宫内膜并恢复正常的月经周期,避孕效果显著,在促进妇女生殖健康方面有重大意义。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical significance of using new contraceptive Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets after artificial abortion. METHODS A total of 200 cases of healthy women who voluntarily underwent artificial abortion in the hospital from January 2015 to May were selected. With patient herself informed consent, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group. After the artificial abortion, patients in the observation group take Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets, while patients of the control group using other contraceptive methods. The differences between 2 groups in bleeding and menstrual cycle, contraceptive effect, adverse drug reactions etc. were observed. RESULTS The patients in the observation group were better in controlling the vaginal bleeding time and the amount of bleeding, the incidence rate of vaginitis, the menstrual cycle, and the contraceptive effect than those of the control group. Furthermore, there was no obvious adverse reaction. CONCLUSION Abortion after taking Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shortens the duration of bleeding, can quickly repair the lining of the uterus and return to normal menstrual cycle, contraceptive effect is remarkable, is of great significance in the promotion of women reproductive health.
