背景围手术期液体管理是外科手术患者治疗的关键之一。老年患者如何选择合适的血流动力学监测指标，准确分析血流动力学参数并作出准确诊断以及处理，十分重要。目的对目标导向液体治疗在老年患者围手术期的应用进行综述，为临床老年患者液体治疗提供理论依据。内容综述目标导向液体治疗在老年患者围手术期的应用。趋向寻找合理的监测目标和补液方案有可能降低老年患者术后并发症发生率与病死率，改善患者的术后转归。

Background Perioperative fluid management is one of the key practice of the surgical patients. For elderly patients it is very important to determine the orientation, goal, and choose suitable hemodynamic monitoring indicators, so as to achieve accurate analysis of hemodynamic parameters and make an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Objective To review the perioperative goal directed fluid management in elderly patients in order to provide a theoretic foundation for the clinical use.
