“阳光护理服务”对乳腺癌术后化疗期间负性情绪及生活质量的影响

The Impact of "Sunshine care" on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life for Breast Cancer after Chemotherapy

目的探讨“阳光护理服务”对乳腺癌术后化疗期间负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月-12月我科收治的行乳腺癌根治手术患者120例，根据分层抽样法分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组围手术期间行常规护理。观察组围手术期间实施“阳光护理服务”。比较两组化疗期间负性情绪及生活质量的差异。结果观察组引流时间、总引流量、平均住院时间少于对照组（P〈0．05），满意度评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组干预后抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论“阳光护理服务”可提高乳腺癌患者术后护理质量，减轻患者围手术期焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高其术后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impact of ＂Sunshine care＂ on negative emotions and quality of life for breast cancer after chemotherapy. Methods 120 cases of breast cancer were divided into observation group （n=60） and control group （n=60） from January 2015 to December 2015. The control group were implemented with routine nursing and the ob- servation group were implemented with Sunshine care. The negative emotions and quality of life of two groups were com- pared. Results The drainage time, total drainage volume, average length of stay of observation group were less than the control group （P〈0. 05）, satisfaction score of observation group was higher than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. SAS score, SDS score of observation group were less than the control group （P〈0. 05）. The observed physiological functions, physical function, emotional function, social function, physical pain, mental health and overall health score of observation group were higher than control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The sun care can enhance the quality of post--operative care of breast cancer patients, release the mood of anxiety and depression during chemotherapy, improve the quality of life of patients.
