Research progress in ginkgo terpene lactones

银杏内酯是银杏叶中的主要活性成分,具有较高的药用价值,在临床上应用广泛。本文综述了近年来国内外学者对银杏内酯化合物的化学成分、提取分离、含量检测、药理活性方面的研究成果,展望了银杏内酯的研究前景,为银杏内酯的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Ginkgo terpene lactones is the main active ingredient of ginkgo biloba with high medicinal value, and has been widely used in clinics. This article reviews research from domestic and abroad, including chemical composition, extraction and separation, content detection, and pharmacological activity. We also look into the future research on the ginkgo terpenoid lactones with the aim to provide a reference for the development and utilization of ginkgo terpene lactones.
