彩色多普勒超声在糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

于我院体检人员内选取50例糖尿病患者,50例糖尿病肾病患者及50例健康人员,分为A组、B组、C组。三组150例均使用彩色多普勒超声检查,观察分析其肾脏体积、阻力指数(RI)、血流分级、血流的收缩期最大血流速度(Vsmax)和舒张期最低血流速度(Vdmin)等情况。结果:B组肾脏体积、肾脏实质等级、血流分级大于A组、C组,RI、Vsmax、Vdmin指数低于A组、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病肾脏疾病有诊断价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selected 50 cases of diabetic patients, 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy and 50 healthy persons from the medi- cal staff in our hospital were divided into A group, B group and C group. Results B group of kidney volume, renal parenchyma grade, blood flow classification than the a group, C group, RI, vsmax, vdmin index lower than the a group, C group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease has value, it is worth popularizing and using.
