摘要
选取2012年8月-2016年4月期间我院收治的63例糖尿病合并脓毒症休克患者,分析其一般资料,感染部位分布。结果:63例患者中,有2例患者因消化道出血死亡,3例患者因脏器功能衰竭死亡,治愈58例;63例患者中,年龄至60、有糖尿病慢性并发症、糖化血红蛋白水平 8、CRP 29、PCT 8的患者明显多于年龄〈60、无糖尿病慢性并发症、糖化血红蛋白水平〈8、CRP〈29、PCT〈8的患者数,差异有有统计学意义(P〈0.05);63例患者的男女比例无明显差异,比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);63例患者共75例发生感染,其中发生呼吸道感染和皮肤感染的患者比例最多,发生胆道感染、肝脓肿的患者比例最少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并脓毒症休克患者易发生呼吸道感染和皮肤感染,可采用控制血糖、早期达标治疗等方法治疗。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of diabetes mellitus complicated with septic shock and the related pre- vention measures. Methods 63 cases of diabetes complicated with septic shock were selected in our hospital from August 2012 to April 2016. The general information of the patients with septic shock were analyzed and the distribution of the infection site was analyzed. Results In 63 patients,2 patients died of gastrointestinal bleeding,3 cases of patients with organ failure and death,58 cases were cured ;63 patients, age greater than or equal to 60, glycated hemoglobin levels of diabetic chronic complications 8, CRP 29, PCT 8 the number of patients was significantly higher than in patients younger than 60, without chronic complica- tions of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin level 〈 8, CRP 〈 29, PCT 〈 8, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; no significant difference between the proportion of male and female 63 patients, compared with no statistical significance (P 〉 0. 05 ) ;63 cases of patients with a total of 75 cases the occurrence of infection ,respiratory tract infection and skin infection in pa- tients with the highest proportion of hiliary tract infection ,liver abscess occurred, the proportion of patients with at least, the differ- ence was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion the patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with septic shock are prone to respiratory tract infection and skin infection, which can be used to control blood glucose, early standard treatment and so on.
