带状疱疹误诊为糖尿病痛性神经病变一例报道

摘要 带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)感染所致的一种皮肤病,以沿周围神经分布的群集疱疹和神经疼痛为特征。糖尿病患者中带状疱疹的发病率显著升高,本文对带状疱疹误诊为糖尿病痛性神经病变的患者资料进行分析,探讨其误诊原因,从而提高临床医师的鉴别诊断能力。
