摘要
城镇化进程中,制造业的聚集将会对生态环境产生影响。文章以长江经济带9省2市(直辖市)的109个地级市为研究对象,在IPAT框架下构建了分析制造业集聚对生态环境动态影响的回归模型,并借助SYS-GMM方法对2003-2014年间制造业集聚的生态环境影响进行了动态分析。结果表明长江经济带制造业集聚对生态环境存在长期动态影响,并且正由负向影响向正向影响过渡,表现出生态化、绿色发展趋向。长江经济带各省(直辖市)应当从提高居民素质、提升环保技术水平以及提升环境保护意识几个方面努力,打造好生态文明建设示范带。
In this paper,a dynamic analysis on the 109 main cities of the Yangtze River economic belt is researched,whichfocuses on the analysis during 2003- 2014. Based on the framework of IPAT,a regression model is built to analyze thedynamic impact of manufacturing industry agglomeration on ecological environment by the SYS-GMM method. The resultsshow that the impact is long- term and dynamic,and the effect experiences a transition from bad to good thing,whichpresents the green,eco development trend. The provinces of Yangtze River economic belt should improve the quality ofresidents,environmental protection technology and environmental protection awareness to enhance several aspects of efforts tobuild a good demonstration of ecological civilization construction.
