摘要
目的:探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果,促进患者神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力恢复。方法:选择80例患者通过随机数字表法简单随机分组,分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组加用依达拉奉,入院时、治疗7d及14d末采用中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)评价神经功能,日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel指数)评价生活能力。结果:入院时,观察组患者CSS及Barthel指数评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7d及14d末,两种患者CSS评分较入院时降低、Barthel指数评分较入院时升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程,观察组患者治愈16例、显效13例、进步8例和无效3例;对照组治愈8例、显效12例、进步14例和无效6例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者应用依达拉奉,可著改善神经功能,促进日常生活活动能力恢复,提高生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction , and to promote the recovery of activities of daily living and neurologic impairment .Methods: A total of 80 pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 40 patients in each group.The pa-tients of both groups were given conventional therapies , while the patients of the observation group given edar -avone additionally, and the nerve function and viability after 7d and 14d of treatment were evaluated by China stroke scale (CSS) and ADL evaluation form (Barthel index), respectively.Results:On admission, the two groups had insignificantly different CSS and Barthel index scores (P〉0.05); after 7d and 14d of treatment, both groups had significantly decreased CSS scores and significantly increased Barthel index scores compared with those on admission, but the observation group had significantly greater improving extents (P〈0.05).After 2 courses of treatment, In the observation group, 16 patients were cured, 13 were responsive to the therapy excellently, 8 were improved, and 3 were unresponsive to the therapy ; while of the control group, 8 patients were cured, 12 were responsive to the therapy excellently , 14 were improved, and 6 were unresponsive to the therapy; and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Application of edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve nerve function and promote the recovery of ac -tivities of daily living (ADL) and improve the quality of life.
