摘要
目的:探讨分析白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术后低视力的原因。方法:将我院收治的236例262眼行白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术患者作为观察组,并选取同期行白内障囊外摘除术及人工晶体植入术的患者236例265眼作为对照组,在术后第1天,第7天及术后1个月,术后3个月检查矫正视力,同时进行裂隙灯与眼底检查。对患者视力、眼底病变和并发症进行观察与记录。结果:观察组术后1d,低视力患者65例70眼(26.72%);术后7d,低视力患者42例46眼(17.56%);术后1月,低视力患者31例35眼(13.36%);术后3月,低视力患者31例36眼(13.74%)。与对照组相比,观察组视力改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1d,65例70眼低视力患者中因手术因素导致的低视力共34眼,因非手术因素导致的低视力共36眼。术后3月已无影响视力的手术因素,非手术因素成为导致低视力的主要原因。结论:白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入是白内障患者复明的有效方法,手术并发症与眼部原发疾病是影响患者术后视力的重要因素。细致认真的术前眼部检查,术中娴熟规范的技术操作是防止术后低视力的有效手段。
Objective: To investigate the causes of low vision after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods: 262 eyes of 236 cases with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens im -plantation in our hospital were selected as research group .On postoperative 1d, 7d, 1 month, and 3 months, the visual acuity of patients were corrected , and the slit lamp and fundus examination were performed simulta -neously.The vision, fundus diseases and complications were observed and recorded .Results:On postoperation 1 day, 65 cases of 70 eyes (26.72%) had low vision; while 7 days later, 42 cases of 46 eyes (17.56%) with low vision, 1 month later, 31 cases of 35 eyes (13.36%) with low vision; and 3 month later, 31 patients ca-ses of 36 eyes (13.74%) with low vision.On postoperative 1 day, 34 eyes had the cause of surgical factors , while 36 eyes had the cause of non -surgical factors.After 3-month operation, there was no effect on visual a-cuity, and non operative factors were the main causes of low vision .Conclusion: Phacoemulsification and in-traocular lens implantation were effective methods for patients with cataract surgery .Surgical complications and primary eye disease were the important factors which affect patients ’ postoperative vision.Meticulous and care-ful preoperative eye test, intraoperative adept technical operating specifications are the effective measure to prevent low vision after surgery.
