摘要
目的:探讨番泻叶对腹泻小鼠肠道乳糖酶活性的影响,为脾虚腹泻的治疗提供实验依据。方法:将12只实验小鼠根据体质量分层分为2组各6只,正常组小鼠灌胃等量无菌水7d,常规饲养,模型组通过番泻叶水煎剂灌胃7d,备制小鼠脾虚腹泻模型。造模成功后提取小鼠肠道内容物酶液和肠黏膜酶液,分析小鼠体质量、肠道内容物酶活性和肠道黏膜酶活性的变化情况。结果:模型组小鼠体质量变化与正常组小鼠体重变化差异不明显(P>0.05);模型组肠道内容物乳糖酶活性显著低于正常组(P<0.01);模型组肠道黏膜乳糖酶活性虽高于正常组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:番泻叶对小鼠体质量以及肠道黏膜乳糖酶活性影响不明显,但是影响肠道内容物乳糖酶活性并使之降低。
Objective: To investigate the influence of senna on intestinal lactase activity in mice with diarrhea,and to provide an experimental basis for the treatment of spleen- deficiency diarrhea. Methods: A total of 12 experimental mice were divided into two groups according to body weight,with 6 in each group. The mice in the model group were treated with senna decoction by gavage for 7 days to establish a mouse model of spleen- deficiency diarrhea,and those in the normal group were treated with sterile water of the same volume for 7 days and routine feeding. After the model was successfully established,enzyme liquids of intestinal contents and intestinal mucosa were extracted,and the changes in body weight and enzyme activity in intestinal contents and the intestinal mucosa were analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in the change in body weight between the model group and the normal group( P〉0. 05). Compared with the normal group,the model group showed significantly lower lactase activity in intestinal contents( P 〈0. 01)and higher lactase activity in the intestinal mucosa( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Senna has no significant influence on body weight and lactase activity in the intestinal mucosa,but it influences and reduces lactase activity in intestinal contents.
