摘要
目的:建立梅归参颗粒的定性鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中所含黄连、辛夷、白芷进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方中枸橼酸的含量。结果:建立的薄层色谱法可较好地鉴别出黄连、辛夷、白芷,阴性无干扰;枸橼酸在1.025-10.248μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为97.23%,RSD=1.44%。结论:所建立的TLC和HPLC方法准确、具有专属性、能够重现,并且操作简便,可将其用于梅归参颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To investigate the methods for qualitative identification and content determination of Meiguishen granules. Methods: Thin- layer chromatography( TLC) was used for the identification of Coptis chinensis,Flos Magnoliae,and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in the prescription,and high- performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was used for the determination of citric acid. Results: The established TLC method identified Coptis chinensis,Flos Magnoliae,and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae well without negative interference. Citric acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 1. 025- 10. 248 μg( r = 0. 9996),and the average recovery rate was97. 23%( RSD = 1. 44%). Conclusion: The established TLC and HPLC methods are accurate,specific,simple,and convenient,and therefore,they can be used for quality control of Meiguishen granules.
