陕南山区是我国重要的生态安全屏障地区、山地灾害多发区、国家区域发展与扶贫攻坚的重点地区之一,合理实施农村居民点撤并已成为协调地域人地关系、保障地区人居环境安全、提升人居环境品质的关键。该文在分析该地区农村居民点建设问题及撤并主要影响因素的基础上,探讨了迁出村、中心村及基层集聚村的确定思路和方法,旨在为该地区农村居民点撤并工作的实施提供科学借鉴。

The mountains in Southern Shaanxi is one of the key areas of China＇s important ecological security barrier area, mountain disaster prone areas, and one of the key regions of regional development and poverty alleviation.
