颈圈包括颈百劳、肩中俞、肩外俞、肩井、臑俞、大椎,可构成一个圈,主治颈部的疾患,左右各一,分别在颈部脊柱的两旁,简称为"颈圈"。在颈圈的指导下,运用挑络疗法治疗络脉不通所致的疾病具有较好的疗效,尤其对于络脉痹阻所致的颈部僵痛有明显效果。
