中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎30例疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of 30 Cases with Elderly Osteoarthritis Treated by Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Rehabilitation

目的:分析中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例老年骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组患者采用塞来昔布胶囊治疗,治疗组患者采用中医骨科康复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,采用VAS与JOY评分评价患者疼痛与功能恢复程度。结果:两组患者治疗前VAS与JOY评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者VAS与JOY评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的疗效优于单用塞来昔布治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective. To analyze the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics rehabilitation treatment of senile osteoarthritis. Methods.60 cases of Senile Osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group. Control group patients by celecoxib capsules in the treatment, the treatment group was treated with TCM orthopedic rehabilitation, the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared by VAS and joy score in the evaluation of pain and function of patients recovery degree. Results. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment （VAS〉0.05）. After treatment, the VAS and JOY scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%, which was better than that of the control group （70 %）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM orthopedic rehabilitation treatment of Senile Osteoarthritis curative effect is better than that of single celecoxib treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
