地方高校团学组织志愿者工作与大学生维权工作有机结合研究

Study on the Combination of Volunteers' Work and Students' Rights Protection Work by Local Youth League Organizations in Colleges and Universities

在当前地方高校团学组织志愿者工作部门与维权部门统一组织、合并的背景之下,以部门合作为契机将志愿者工作与维权工作相结合,利用志愿者工作的有利资源来开展大学生维权工作以及利用维权工作的开展提高志愿者工作的质量以实现团学工作成本的减少、工作质量的提高,成为一个值得探讨研究的问题,这个问题的解决也将进一步提升志愿者工作、大学生维权工作的实际影响力,间接地提高团学组织的实际影响力。

Recently, under the background of unified organization of volunteers work sector and rights protection sector in local youth league organizations of colleges and universities, we combine volunteers＇ work and students＇ rights protection work by the opportunity of cooperation, using favorable resources of volunteers＇ work to carry out students＇ students＇ rights protection work and using students＇ rights protection work to improve volunteers＇ work quality, so as to reduce the cost and improve the quality of youth league work. This is a problem that worth discussing, solving the problem can improve the actual influence of volunteers＇ work and students＇ rights protection work ,and improve the organization＇s actual influence indirectly.
