摘要
人力资源管理系统与企业绩效的关系一直是战略人力资源管理的重要研究问题之一,本文采用案例分析的方法从人力资源管理的契合性及组织能力建设的视角出发探索人力资源管理契合性、组织能力、企业绩效间的关系,初步得到了一个关系框架,并得到三个结论:(1)人力资源管理的契合性具有动态变迁并逐步强化协同的特性;(2)人力资源管理契合性会推动企业组织能力建设,并推动企业绩效的提升;(3)人力资源管理系统与企业绩效的关系是一个复杂的持续影响过程。
Human resources management system and the relationship between enterprise performance has always been one of the important research problem of strategic human resources management, this article adopts the method of case analysis from the human resources management in particular and perspective of the construction of the ability of organization to explore human resources management in particular, organizational ability, the relationship between corporate performance and get a preliminary relations framework, and get the three discussed: (1) of human resource management in particular has the characteristics of dynamic change and gradually strengthen coordination; (2) Human resource management in particular will promote the construction of enterprise organizational eapabitity, and promote enterprise performance of ascension; (3) The relationship between human resource management system and the corporate performance is a complex continues to influence the process.
