摘要
在市场经济迅猛发展、国企改革逐步深入的时代背景下,劳资关系发生着深刻的变化、国企内部格局也做了较大调整,这使得企业社会工作介入工会管理有了现实需要。本文的研究对象为中石化某企业的工会干部,站在企业社会工作的视阈中,从行为访谈、编码定级、再到建立模型、验证模型,深入研究并构建了国有企业工会干部的胜任特征的模型。本研究旨在促使国有企业工会干部的胜任能力在新时期得以与时俱进,以期为其如何更好地服务职工提供依据。
Under the background of the rapid development of market economy and the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, industrial relations have profound changes, and made the internal structure of state-owned enterprises larger adjustments, which makes the enterprise social work involved in trade unions realistic. In this paper, the object labour union cadres--are from a Sinopec enterprise, From the perspective of corporate social work, from the behavior of interviews, coding classification, and then to the establishment of model, validation model, in-depth study and build a state-owned enterprise labour union cadres competency model. The purpose of this study is to promote the competence of the state owned enterprise labour union cadres in the new era, and provide a basis for how to better serve their employees.
