摘要
随着互联网技术的不断发展,借助网络学习平台进行发布、获取知识已愈加普遍,网络学习平台的知识转移问题已引起了广泛关注。本文从控制论和系统论角度出发,研究个体运用网络学习平台进行知识转移的过程,分析网络学习平台可信度、网络转移媒介及网络学习平台激励手段对网络学习平台知识转移效果的影响,并运用系统动力学对这一过程进行建模和仿真。研究表明,这些因素对网络学习平台的知识转移效果作用显著,通过筛查知识内容、审核用户身份、提升网络媒介技术水平、加大知识发送激励力度等方式,网络学习平台的知识转移效果可以得到显著提升。
With the continuous development of internet technology, using online learning platform to publish and learn knowledge has been increasingly common, knowledge transfer on online learning platform has also caused widespread concern. From the cybernetics and systems theory point of view, this paper focuses on the process of knowledge transfer on on- line learning platform, analyzes the impact of online learning platform reliability, online transfer medium and motivation for online learning of knowledge transfer by using system dynamics to modeling and simulate. Research shows that these factors can significantly affect the knowledge transfer on online learning platform, the performance of knowledge transfer can get a significant boost by screening knowledge content, auditing user identity, enhancing the level of online transfer medium technology and strengthening the motivation of knowledge sending.
