Dynamic Evolution of Knowledge Diffusion within Industrial Cluster

目前,产业集群环境下的知识扩散过程尚不清晰,文章运用有限理性条件下的非对称进化博弈方法,对集群内企业间的知识扩散过程进行模型构建和模型分析,并对影响扩散的相关因素进行分析。研究表明,扩散策略稳定点的形成与扩散收益和支付成本的相对大小密切相关,通过提高知识扩散水平、加强企业学习能力和企业知识存量,能够促进知识扩散的形成和更快的实现。

The method of asymmetric evolutionary game under the condition of bounded rationality is used to construct the dynamic model. Corresponding model analysis has been conducted. The related factors which influence the diffusion have been analyzed. The study shows that the stable point of the diffusion strategy is closely related to the relative amount of profit and cost. By raising the level of knowledge diffusion, strengthening the enterprise＇ s learning ability, and improving its knowledge stock, the formation process of knowledge diffusion will be promoted accordingly.
