Britain＇s democratic system established in the 19th century. In this course, the British working class played an important role. In the second parliamentary reform movement, the working class turned from the rebels of the existing systems into an active participant. They began to seek the democratization of the ex- isting parliamentary system through the methods of reform in the context of class cooperation. The changing attitude of the working class, not only laid the foundation for the British democratic system, but also ensured social harmony and stability in Britain.
