摘要
目的:了解湖南省公立医院薪酬分配的现状及存在问题,为研究湖南省公立医院薪酬制度改革提供数据支撑。方法:采用问卷调查法获得公立医院薪酬管理的基本数据,运用统计描述法对问卷进行分析。结果:湖南省公立医院人力资源配置不足,薪酬分配模式比较单一,薪酬结构不合理,薪酬水平整体偏低,缺乏公平、科学的绩效考核体系。结论:公立医院现有的薪酬制度不合理,不能体现行业特色和劳动价值,急需加以改进和完善。
Objective: To understand the status quo and existing problems of salary distribution in public hospitals of HuMan so as to provide data support for the reform of compensation system in public hospitals of HuMan. Methods: The questionnaire survey method was used to obtain the basic data of salary management in public hospitals, and the questionnaire was analyzed through statis- tical description. Results: The resources allocation in HuMan public hospitals was insufficient, the salary distribution mode was sin- gle, the salary structure was unreasonable and the whole salary level was relatively low, which needed equal and scientific perfor- mance appraisal system. Conclusion: The current compensation system in public hospitals was unreasonable, which could not reflect the characteristics and the labor value of the industry and needed to be improved and perfected urgently.
